A multi-billion dollar global investment firm is seeking a Junior Research Analyst to join its investment team. The firm employs a high-conviction, concentrated strategy and offers a highly collaborative environment where analysts work closely with portfolio managers and senior investment professionals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the investment team in conducting deep-dive fundamental research across global equities
  • Assist in idea generation and monitoring of existing portfolio positions
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and research tools to enhance investment decision-making
  • Automate data collection and analysis processes to improve research efficiency
  • Contribute to investment memos and presentations for internal discussions
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of research and portfolio strategy
Candidate Profile:
  • 1-4 years of professional experience in investment research, equity analysis, or a related field
  • Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
  • Proficiency in coding (e.g. Python, R, SQL) and experience with automation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and critically in a high-conviction investment environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
