
After Sales Manager - MVAC, Chiller

- Oversee after-sales service operations for chiller products, including installation support, maintenance coordination, and technical troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients regarding product performance, service issues, and technical inquiries.
- Liaise with factory and engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems and ensure timely support.
- Develop and implement service protocols, preventive maintenance plans, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Monitor service KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve service quality and responsiveness.
- Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams and external service partners.
- Support warranty claims, spare parts management, and service documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in after-sales service or technical support within the HVAC or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical understanding of chiller systems and related components.
- Proven experience in managing B2B client relationships and service delivery.
- Familiarity with factory coordination and technical escalation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese; English and Mandarin are a plus.
