1) Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting applications, OS, and network issues.
2) Install and maintain software and hardware systems.
3) Perform routine maintenance, installation and software upgrade of client computer, networking equipment, and file server
4) Manage Windows user accounts and permissions.
5) Help Customers to check their computers and update anti-virus software
6) Handle Helpdesk hotline and respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
7) Log and track customer queries and issues.
8) Document technical processes and procedures.
9) Require roster duty on Saturdays and Sundays
10) Perform other tasks as assigned by superiorsRequirements:
1) A degree in Computer Studies or a related subject (or equivalent).
2) 3 years of experience in technical support, installation, and administration for computing devices, network equipment, and servers (Windows + Linux).
3) Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese.
4) Proactive, well-disciplined, hardworking, and eager to learn.
5) Good team player and able to solve problem independently.
