- Analyze digital commerce performance metrics and provide insights to optimize conversion, retention, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for platform enhancements and new features.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and digital initiatives.
- Partner with IT, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience and streamline online customer journeys.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within eCommerce, retail, or digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento) and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
