現為一線名店品牌招募Sales Support，無需跑數，主力協助店內運作歡迎Fresh Grad (語文好)Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or answering their inquiries.Provide an exceptional level of customer service by addressing customers' needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.Keep track of stock levels and notify the Boutique Manager when inventory needs to be replenished.Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the boutique, including the fitting rooms and display areas.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve boutique operations, customer experience, and sales performance.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent;Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a boutique or retail environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
