- Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets and creating plans to achieve them. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and formulating effective strategies to drive sales growth
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the brand and enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals, provide guidance, setting performance targets, conduct performance evaluations and ensure the team's overall effectiveness and productivity
- Manage the sales process and ensure the achievement of sales targets; monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including dealers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities
- Degree holder
- 10+ years of sales & marketing experience within the premium or luxury sector; open to candidates from any retail background but premium/luxury experience is mandatory
- Experienced is managing dealers/distributors is required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles with proven track record is driving commercial performance
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
