  • Provide oversight and guidance to Maintenance Manager in the daily operation of electrical, mechanical, and building infrastructure technical teams.
協助維保經理監督技術團隊日常運作、機電及樓宇基礎設施管理 * Conduct routine inspections and contribute to the development and execution of preventative maintenance programs進行定期巡查、協助制訂及實施預防性維修計劃 * Maintain comprehensive records and reports documenting quality and progress維護相關品質及進度文件記錄與報告 * Manage the procurement process, including soliciting and tracking repair and improvement quotes and construction projects索取及跟進維修及改善工程報價和施工 * Oversee inventory management負責庫存管理及採購 * Supervise and direct the repair and maintenance efforts of both internal technical teams and external contractors監督及指導技術團隊及承包商之修理與維護項目Qualifications and Skills資格與技能
  • Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management/Engineering, or related field.
持有工程管理、設施管理或相關領域証書或以上學歷； * Minimum 6 years of progressive relevant experiences in which 3 years in supervisory level, theme parks or large venues are preferred.至少6年相關工作經驗，其中3年以上擔任主管職務，具主題公園或大型場地經驗優先； * Experience in facilities management and contract works with knowledge of Government procedures and requirements on licensing and maintenance certifications;具備豐富設施管理及合約作業經驗，熟悉政府相關法規、牌照申請及維修認證流程。 * Detail-oriented project execution.注重細節的項目執行力。 * Vendor negotiation and multitasking.供應商談判及多任務處理能力。 * Strong interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset in dealing with different levels of internal and external parties;擁有卓越的人際溝通能力，並以客戶服務為核心，能有效處理各層級的內外部事務。 * Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).精通廣東話、普通話及英語（書面與口語）。Compensation and Benefits薪酬福利Benefits 福利： Fringe benefits include: 5-day work / Statutory Holidays / 12 Days AL / MPF / Medical Insurance / Meal and Laundry Allowance / Paid Sick Leave / Examination Leave / Referral Bonus / Maternity Leave / Paternity Leave / Good Promotion Opportunities
