A scalable traditional banking institution is looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital wallet platform for digital assets. This role is pivotal in driving product strategy, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.Key responsibilities
  • Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements based on market research, user feedback, and business needs.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and business leaders, to align product goals and enhance user experience.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends in virtual assets and digital wallets, adapting strategies as necessary.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product features align with user needs and expectations.
  • Ensuring that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital assets and virtual currencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or project management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge in HKMA requirements in virtual assets is desired
  • Strong understanding of digital wallet platforms and virtual asset products; experience with custodial services is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, a must
