  • Provide operational IT support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS (Windows/Mac) issues.
  • Install and maintain hardware/software.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Exchange, VPN, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Maintain user documentation and compliance records.
  • Assist with network/server troubleshooting as needed.
  • Handle ad hoc IT tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • IT-related studies background.
  • Basic understanding of iOS systems is a plus.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
