- provide comprehensive support for programme administration, including student registration, student records maintenance, time tabling, examination arrangements, academic assessments, credential issuance, report preparation, and liaising with the Finance Office for tuition calculations.
- answer students’ enquiries and handle student cases;
- liaise with the Schools/Departments/other academic units in providing registry services to the staff and students;
- assist in the updating/ revamping of Registry webpage;
- serve as secretary/member to committees and working groups; and
- provide support to the academic events including admission exercise, Info Day Convocation, Graduation Ceremony, etc.
- possess a recognised bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the tertiary education sector;
- have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- have good computer literacy, including Chinese word processing and publishing software;
- have effective administrative abilities and strong organisational skills;
- have the ability to relate to a diverse community of users, stakeholders and service providers; and
- be independent, resourceful, detail-oriented and a team player.
