We are looking for Purchaser – with details as follows :

The Job :

Work in Purchasing team of 5 members
Report to Purchasing Manager
Source & Purchase suitable Products & Machines/Tools for Projects
Find New Suppliers, Negotiate Payment Terms, Reduce Purchase Price
Make Purchasing Plan for New Projects
Make sure Product Quality is up to Project Requirements
Consolidate demands on Common Consumables from different projects and make Bulk Purchase
Tertiary education is an advantage
Knowledge in Tools and Hardware
Over 2-3 years purchasing experience, of which over 1 year in the building & construction sector
Good in Communication, Coordinations, Orders Follow Up and Paperwork.
Proficient in Excel
Proficient in English, Chinese & Mandarin
No trips is required
