Associate Director, Enterprise Risk Management

• Lead and manage a medium-sized team in the Group Risk Management function
• Conduct valuable risk management reviews and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes
• Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to assess, identify, and mitigate risks, and regularly update risk dashboards
• Ensure proper implementation of risk management policies and guidelines
• Prepare regular reports on significant risks and other documents for senior management and the Board Audit & Risk Committee
• Act as a core member in handling whistleblowing investigations
• Monitor and evaluate investment projects as a core member of the department
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• University degree, preferably in risk management, finance, accounting, or related discipline
• Relevant professional qualification such as CPA, CIA, & CRMA
• Minimum 20 years of risk management, internal audit, and relevant experience, preferably in a sizable listed group
• Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements; knowledge of fraud investigation is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Experience in managing a medium-sized team is preferable
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
