• To ensure the smooth day-to-day security operation
• Lead the security team to work closely with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations and special events.
• Review existing processes and procedures, and enhancing the same as and when required.
• Handle complaints, requests and enquiries, support different departments' activities.
• Coaching the security team to provide outstanding service to client and visitors.
• Conduct investigation to incidents complaints and illegal cases. Perform inspection and audit on the security procedures.

• Diploma or above in security management is preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the security industry, at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with positive attitude. Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
