Shipping Manager / Assistant Shipping Manager $28k - 30k

• Manage and coordinate with HK and Macau logistics service providers for delivery arrangement
• Responsible for customs declaration via Tradelink
• Responsible for China custom declaration and documents to China brokers
• Handle full set of banking documents (LC, shipping guarantee, D/P & D/A)
• Liaise with clients, vendors and forwarders for delivery arrangement including price and terms negotiation
• Manage 3PL operations
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or above in logistics or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in trading and manufacturing fields and Knowledge in Tradelink system
• Sound knowledge of shipping practice, custom rules and regulation
• Familiar with China Import & Export, custom practice and rule
• Experience in 3PL operation management and in handling FTA Certificates
• Solid experience in handling LC documents in South Asia market.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Shipping Manager
