Analyst, Group Strategy and Development

- Conduct market and competitive analysis across current and potential business areas to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities, models, and strategic initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Support strategic projects focused on growth and innovation, working with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Group management and Jebsen businesses to support strategic priorities, support investment and transactional analysis (including M&As)
- Exceptional business and financial analytical skills, incl. advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, highly experienced in data analysis and visualization
- Hands-on experience in large-scale projects and M&A within complex organizations, incl. sophisticated operating and financial models
- Strong independent thinking, with the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to simplify complex ideas, and present analysis clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated team player, with proven abilities to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from conceptualization to execution, including workplan design and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree (all disciplines considered); postgraduate degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or development, investment banking, or equity research (preferably in sectors relevant to Jebsen's portfolio)
- Exposure working in an international environment; APAC experience in relevant sectors is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
