Role OverviewWe are looking for versatile developers to develop and maintain our digital application systems that aligns with our business goals. You will collaborate with our team to create customized digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with strong technical expertise.Responsibilities:Application Development:
  • Develop custom CRM features or integrations to support lead management, customer profiling, sales pipelines and contracting.
  • Build intuitive user interfaces for key website features (e.g., landing pages, contact forms, service/product showcases).
  • Optimize website performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
Data Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security while adhering to compliance standards (e.g., PDPO and GDPR).
  • Automate data workflows and monitor pipeline performance to improve efficiency.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Train internal teams and provide clear documentation for system usage and maintenance.
Requirements
  • 4 years of hands-on experience in application systems and/or front-end website development. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Digital Solution Engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Familiar with digital technology architecture such as Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Big Data, AI / Machine Learning, Low Code Development, etc.
  • Solid work experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
  • Backend technologies (e.g., Python, PostgreSQL or Node.js)
  • Front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript or React).
  • Experience in building responsive websites with headless CMS is preferred.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
