Job ID: 10919Job Posting DetailsWe are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Manager of Multimedia & Content to lead the development and execution of high-impact digital content that elevates our brand identity. This role will oversee website branding, UX/UI elements, and multimedia content production (video, photo, and interactive design) to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines a strong design sensibility with technical expertise in content development, along with the ability to align multimedia strategies with broader organizational goals.Key Responsibilities
1. Branding & Website Management
  • Lead the visual identity and UX/UI design of the organization’s website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with web developers to optimize navigation, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Oversee the creation of interactive elements (e.g., micro-animations, infographics) to enhance engagement.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure consistency in typography, color schemes, and imagery.
2. Multimedia Content Development
  • Direct end-to-end production of videos, photo shoots, and motion graphics for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
  • Manage scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production workflows.
  • Curate a library of visual assets (stock photos, b-roll footage, templates) for cross-team use.
  • Ensure content adheres to brand voice and accessibility standards (e.g., subtitles, alt text).
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage a team of designers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Partner with communications & content, social media, and PR teams to align multimedia content with campaign objectives.
  • Liaise with external agencies/freelancers for specialized projects (e.g., 3D animation, drone footage).
4. Performance & Innovation
  • Track engagement metrics (e.g., dwell time, video completion rates) to refine content strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., AR/VR, AI-driven design tools) and pilot new formats.
  • Optimize content for SEO and multi-platform distribution (web, social, email).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in multimedia production, digital design, or content strategy, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in:
  • UX/UI principles (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and web design best practices.
  • Video/photo production (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand-centric visual storytelling across web and multimedia.
  • Strong project management skills and budget oversight experience.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.Application Procedure
