  • Understand the latest industry trends in the market and support the development of the IBM’s point-of-view in transformation topics (e.g. digital strategy, operations transformation, talent transformation, customer experience transformation, etc. )
  • Understand the client’s transformation agenda, analyse their business model, operations, industry and technology, identify pain points and provide recommendations
  • Support the change management for both client’s business and technology teams that realize business and operational benefits
  • Support project / program management activities such as coordination of internal and senior client stakeholders, tracking and reporting of project status, action items and cost utilization, etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Second year or penultimate year student
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with ability to apply creativity and judgment in analysing and solving complex problems
  • Student who studies any STEM-related academic programs
  • Passionate to develop his / her career in driving large-scale transformation enabled by technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written, oral and presentation) skills, demonstrating maturity to work with C-level and executives clients
  • Possesses an excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Basic technical skills such as Microsoft Office (esp. PowerPoint) skills is preferred
