- Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Analyze data and identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas and demonstrate user interactions. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
- Design visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop a consistent design language and effectively communicate design guidelines to the development team.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather feedback from users. Analyze test results and iterate designs accordingly
- Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, guidelines, and style guides. Ensure design assets are organized and accessible to the development team.
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Share knowledge and insights with the team to continuously improve our digital products.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the banking or financial industry. A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process is required.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys. Ability to translate research findings into actionable design improvements.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
