- Direct and supervise all activities of team members in uniform, linen and laundry sections.
- Responsible for guest garment thorough check before cleaning,
- Responsible for marking every guest article for identification.
- Responsible for packing cleaned article according to standard.
- Ensure all the daily delivered garments are properly recorded.
- Organize minor tailoring for guests.
- Report any damage items to Manager.
- Conduct training courses for new team members.
- Perform quality inspection for uniform, linen and guest laundry.
- Ensure staff uniforms and hotel linen is processed and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure laundry valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure daily laundry records for linen and uniforms are maintained
- Co-ordinate special projects (eg equipment routine service; stock inventories)
- Manage all special requests made by guests
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager – Laundry, U&L or his / her representatives.
- Graduated from Secondary School Form 5 or above
- 2 years’ experience in hotel linen room service and laundering service
- Good skill in sewing, laundering and mending, computer skill is preferred
- Pleasant with customer-oriented mind
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of team members
- Good command of Cantonese, knowledge in English and Mandarin is advantage
