• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify scope and requirements for cost estimation.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase, including tracking variations, change orders, and cost impacts.
• Review and assess contractor claims and variations for validity and impact on project costs.
• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure accurate cost management and effective communication.
• Provide advice on cost-saving measures, value engineering, and alternative construction methods.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including conditions of contract and contract specifications.
• Prepare and submit cost reports, cost forecasts, and financial statements to clients and senior management

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• min. 4 years years experience in QS field
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on cost management and contract administration.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and relevant legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
