- Advise multinational corporations and financial institutions on contentious employment matters, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations.
- Handle a broad range of employment disputes, such as breach of contract, discrimination claims, and workplace misconduct allegations.
- Provide strategic risk management and compliance advice on employment-related issues.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex cross-border employment matters.
- Engage in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 4-7 years PQE in employment law, preferably with a focus on contentious employment matters.
- Prior experience at a reputable international law firm is highly desirable or at least a well recognised and reputable domestic Hong Kong law firm.
- Strong academic background from a leading law school/university.
- Proven ability to manage complex employment disputes and advise sophisticated clients.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Business-minded with the ability to build client relationships.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
