- Manage software usage to ensure optimal utilization and cost efficiency and collaborate with Digital Team to plan and manage the software budget
- Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize software investments and maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and renewals
- Participate in software contract renewals negotiation to ensure favorable terms and conditions
- Provide support and guidance to other departments regarding software asset management best practices and prepare regular report of software usage, budget status, and optimization efforts to senior management
- 5 years of experience in Digital Operation in Finance or related experience in software asset management, budget planning, and usage optimization
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management
- Experience in managing Oracle license will be a plus
- Proficiency in software asset management tools and systems
- Certification in Software Asset Management (e.g., CSAM, ITIL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software licensing agreements and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
