Senior Product Specialist (Security Services)

• Take part in entire IT service management lifecycle of security services including market feasibility research, technical evaluation, supplier management, service rollout and continuous service improvement
• Liaise effective and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide technical support and training to internal personnel on security services
• Responsible for preparing product documents such as product specifications, operation documents and workflows
• Assist presales team and sales team on complex solution design
• Follow and implement the organization’s information security policies.
• Be responsible for safeguarding the security of the company’s information and computing assets.
• Report security events, weaknesses and incidents according to the defined procedure

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience whereas at least 3 years in cybersecurity related field
• Hands-on experience with any two of the following: UTM, NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SIEM, Email Security Gateway, End Point Security
• Knowledge of server and network virtualization is advantageous
• Holder of ITIL and any security professional certification is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to take up challenges
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Product Specialist, Security Services
