- Draft and manage partnership agreements and media exchange arrangements for conferences and events.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination and on-site support, ensuring seamless execution.
- Serve as producer for regional webinars, managing virtual event platforms and technical setup.
- Maintain and update event listings on the organization's website using internal systems.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop and coordinate event-related marketing materials.
- Create and manage event profiles, monitor registration data, and analyze attendee trends.
- Design and distribute invitations and promotional content for both virtual and in-person events using email marketing tools.
- Maintain a comprehensive event calendar and event log to track planning and execution.
- Compile post-event analytics and generate reports to provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
- Manage administrative tasks for regional chapters, including maintaining accurate committee records.
- Coordinate the distribution of membership materials following certification cycles.
- Track and report on scholarship applications and recipient statuses to support program effectiveness.
- Work with the global communications team to develop and schedule region-specific social media content, including speaker highlights and event promotions.
- Create engaging content before and after events to drive awareness and engagement.
- Assist in executing a regional social media strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Support communications efforts in local markets, including content management on region-specific platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the regional leadership and broader team.
- Handle incoming inquiries and manage shared inboxes with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- 3-5 years of experience in events and marketing, preferably in a regional or international setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and social media platforms; experience with CRM and email marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage, especially in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or business related discipline
