Ob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer and System Analyst to join our team in the financial services sector. This dual role requires a deep understanding of software development and systems analysis, coupled with a strong background in financial applications. You will be responsible for leading development efforts, analyzing system requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications and systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct system analysis and design reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and system performance challenges.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
