2 Supervisor (Chuk Yuen)

• Oversee the implementation of the project for the achievement of project goals with cohesion and alignment;

• Manage and monitor the clinical and non-clinical quality assurance service system;

• Liaise and co-work with internal customers and external stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunity and facilitate smooth service delivery;

• Supervise staff, review staff performance, and maximise the team's motivation and productivity;

• Provide required reports and documentation to CE, DCE, Advisory Committee, Funders;

• Bachelor degree or 8 years relevant working experience in social welfare field; and

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in supervisory or management.
