This part-time programme caters to the needs of working professionals in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the region who seek leadership development. To support the strategic development, the School is looking for an experienced Project Co-ordinator II for the FMBA Programme.Reporting to the Executive Officer of the FMBA Programme, the appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in all academic-related matters; (b) undertaking general administrative duties to support the Programme Office; (c) organising and providing logistical support to the Programme-related events and activities for students and alumni; (d) providing excellent student service and building good relationship with students and alumni; and (e) performing other impromptu duties as assigned. Travelling to Mainland China and working outside normal office hours will be required.Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 2 years’ full-time work experience; (iii) self-motivation with a strong sense of commitment; (iv) the ability to work effectively as a good team member; (v) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); and (vi) the ability to work independently.
