  • Identify business system requirements and implement enhancements or changes in electronic payment systems arising from industry or regulatory requirements, or work with business owners and end users
  • Act in the role as owner of electronic payment systems for retail banking covering FPS, payment collection, remittance etc.
  • Lead and implement process re-engineering initiative according to strategic direction and business plan
  • Produce business requirement document and work with technical colleagues or vendors on system specification
  • Establish detail acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis role in retail banking related systems
  • Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions
  • Proficient in using statistical tools/SQL/Access/Excel
  • Provide production support to business owners and end users
  • Possess good inter-personal skills with a drive to deliver quality solution, and the ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external parties
