Responsible for production of food items in D Café
To maintain high food quality and maintain kitchen hygiene
Assist in cleaning the kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure that all equipment is in good condition

Requirements:

Form 5 or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
3 – 4 years of western kitchen experience
Knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance
Shift work on Sundays and public holidays is required
