- Maintain core systems, support new store openings, manage vendors
- Provide operational metrics, performance reporting for continuous improvementRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field
- 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years as IT Manager in MNC
- Hands-on experience with SAP, eCommerce, OMS, Jda systems
-Understanding of E2E eCommerce operations and diverse eCommerce environments in APAC
- Strong relationships with service providers in APAC
-Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Excellent communicator, good presentation skills
