We are partnering with large-scale financial service clients to build and enhance their internal data and AI teams. Committed to leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) technologies, we empower our clients to transform their business domains and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to contribute to cutting-edge projects, building scalable and impactful solutions for our financial service clients. Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a passion for AI are welcome to apply! We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed for success, followed by deployment to client sites to support their internal teams. The position is offered as an initial 12-month contract, with the potential for renewal based on performance.Key Contributions:
  • GenAI Model Development: Design, train, and deploy Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, GANs, VAEs) for applications such as automated content generation, fraud detection, customer insights, or financial forecasting.
  • Data Pipeline Construction: Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage to support GenAI model training and deployment.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights that enhance GenAI model performance and align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate GenAI solutions into production systems within the financial domain.
  • Optimization: Optimize GenAI models and data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement monitoring tools to track model performance, data quality, and system reliability; iterate on solutions to address issues and improve outcomes.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for code, models, and pipelines to ensure maintainability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI and financial technology to propose innovative solutions that drive business value.
Core Expectations:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies through coursework, projects, or self-study is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
  • Passionate in new technologies
