- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory
- Conduct regular demand planning meetings to review sales forecasts, identify gaps, and align with production and procurement teams
- Analyze sales patterns, market dynamics, and customer behaviour to identify demand drivers and forecast accuracy improvements
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather inputs and insights for demand forecasting and promotional activities
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning, such as forecast accuracy, stockouts, and inventory turns
- Continuously improve demand planning processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 yeas of experience as a Supply Planner, Demand Planner or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large datasets
- Proficiency in demand planning software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
- Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning modules is a plus
