Plan and execute humanitarian education programs and activities to young people in both uniformed group and community.
Execute the implementation plan and projects, and monitor the progress to ensure the service quality.
Plan and organize community service for young people and coordinate training for volunteer development.
Coordinates activities with Divisional Headquarters.
Establish network with community partners for service collaboration.
Assist the Manager, department and agency for service development.

Requirements:

Registered social worker with Higher Diploma in Social Work; or
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 2 years experiences in relevant service sectors preferably in youth and volunteer service; or
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years exposure as volunteer leader, preferably in uniformed group, would be considered;
Passionate in youth work, good in interpersonal skills, well-organized and self-motivated;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Familiar with computer software, MS office, social media and multimedia production
44 hours per week, mainly 5-day work, duties in evenings, weekends and public holiday are required on need basis.
