- Building strong customer relationship with the customer's key stakeholders to penetrate key accounts through solid understanding business drivers.
- Analyzing customer's business needs, challenges and technical requirements to provide bespoke device protection solutions to meet the customer's business needs.
- Developing and driving strategic and multi-lined business account plans to ensure accounts are managed and continuously grown.
- Managing all customer requirements, needs, issues as well as end-to-end flow of customer journey to professionally.
- Develop and implement business solutions continuously. Manage the projects' status and ensure to be delivered on time.
- Take lead in new project management & implementation
- Daily tracking and reporting on subscriptions and the status of customer base
- Conducting quarterly business reviews with customers to identify and develop new sales opportunities and prepare sales action plan accordingly.
- Around 3-5 years in key account management and business development, preferably in electrical appliance retail or Telecom industry.
- Highly motivated, pro-active and organized self-starter with ability to work independently is essential. Ability to plan, prioritize & meet deadlines.
- Highly adaptable with ability to be a quick learner of new products and services.
- Highly developed analytical skills for business decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese.
