International corporate bank seeks a detail-driven Senior Officer to own post-approval credit set-up, documentation control, collateral / covenant monitoring and credit exposure reporting. Acts as the control bridge between credit approval and loan processing; provides guidance to junior staff.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and maintain approved facilities, limits, sub-limits and collateral in core systems.Validate loan / security documentation; track and clear conditions precedent / subsequent and exceptions.Monitor collateral, covenants, annual reviews and due dates; escalate breaches and expiries.Maintain accurate, audit-ready digital credit files and data quality (approval vs system vs reports).Prepare / validate management and regulatory credit exposure / exception reports (incl. HKMA related).Liaise with Credit Officers, Relationship Managers and Operations on drawdowns, amendments, renewals.Identify process gaps; suggest control / automation improvements.Review and coach junior staff work for accuracy and compliance.RequirementsDegree / diploma in Finance, Banking or related.4-6+ years credit administration / credit ops experience in corporate or wholesale banking.Strong grasp of corporate lending products, collateral and covenant concepts.Solid Excel for reconciliations and exception analysis.Accuracy, control mindset, organized under multiple deadlines.Clear communication in English; Cantonese preferred (Mandarin an advantage).Experience reviewing / mentoring juniors.If you are interested in this role or any other related opportunities, please send your profile to .
