Partner with Sales to support inquiries and requests from Advertiser/Partners to address their questions on troubleshooting cases and Ad policy enquiries.
Analyzes process-related problems and works independently with internal cross functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
Provides clear, concise summaries to Advertiser/Partners on case updates or resolutions.
Generate reports, analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support the operational and administrative works from Sales teams when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

Over 5 years experience working directly with marketing or media.
Preferably relevant experience in Customer Service/Client Support/Investigation
Business proficiency fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin languages
Strong investigation skills to find the root cause of escalated issues and demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining attention to details.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment.
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis.
