Responsibilities 職責:

Manage the day-to-day operations of supermarkets
Drive store KPIs including sales and profitability, store operations standard, shrinkage and cost control, customer service excellence and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration
Monitor the stock inventory, in-store visual merchandising and marketing promotion display to maximize sales performance and enhance customer experience
Provide training and coaching to team members to maintain a highly motivated and productive workforce
Identify customers’ needs and build strong customer relationships

管理超級市場的日常營運

Requirements 入職要求:

Secondary education or above
Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in retail or service industry; preferably gained in food or supermarket industry
Strong commercial sense and customer oriented
Good organizing, communication and leadership skills

The successful candidates may take “Advanced Diploma in Retail Store Management – Supermarket Chain (QF Level 4)”, a recognised qualification equivalent to Associate Degree level under the Qualification Framework. In addition, you may take “Professional Diploma in Retail Management (QF Level 5)”, a program jointly developed by A.S. Watson Group and Institute for Entrepreneurship of PolyU with a recognised qualification equivalent to Bachelor Degree level under the Qualification Framework. The 18-month course covers sales and marketing, customer management, information technology, human resources, merchandising and supply chain, store operations and strategic management and its application.成功入職後，您將有機會入讀「零售管理高等文憑 – 超級市場連鎖店 (資歷架構第4級)」課程，此課程資歷獲教育局認可並相等於副學士級別。此外，您更有機會報讀「零售管理專業文憑 (資歷架構第5級)」，課程由屈臣氏集團及香港理工大學企業發展院共同設計及發展，資歷獲教育局認可並相等於大學學位級別。課程為期18個月並涵蓋營銷、顧客服務、資訊科技、人力資源、採購及供應鏈、店舖營運及管理策略等範疇。A rewarding remuneration package will be offered.
