Must be a current SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer (RO) for KIP public fund. Applications without current SFC Type 9 RO status qualified for KIP public fund will not be considered
Engage in the process of uplifting the Type 9 license application to facilitate the issuance of public fund, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines set by the SFC;
Lead the product authorization process for the public fund, working closely with the SFC to obtain the necessary approvals;
Act as one of the Key Investment Personnel (KIPs) for the future launch of the public fund;
Manage investment portfolios according to regulatory and internal requirements;
Formulate and implement investment policy, strategy and asset allocation for public funds;
Conducting macro and investment research;
Closely monitor investment portfolio performance in order to achieve the public fund's investment objectives;
Participate in public fund product development and prepare investment proposals for potential clients;
Perform such other duties as shall from time to be directed by the supervisors.
There will be step-up in compensation upon i) approval of uplift of Type 9 license qualified for KIP public fund, and ii) launch of the public fund

The ideal candidate:

University degree in related discipline;
Must be a current SFC Type 9 RO with proven experience in public fund management;
Current or previous KIP experience, in HK & USA equities and/or fixed income products;
Proficient in English and Mandarin.
