Arranging execution of comprehensive procurement/operational process for both scheduled flights and charters
Collaborating and coordinating applicable stakeholders like airlines and cargo terminal operators to ensure smooth operation
Handling irregularity through investigating & tracing causes of service failure, responding client’s enquiry and reinstalling client’s confidence
Ensuring compliance of applicable rules and regulation like acceptance of cargo shipments complied with IATA regulations for safe carriage
Promoting company services/products with yield maximized
Developing and strengthening the business relationship with existing and potential partners in Hong Kong/South China

Job Requirements:

University Graduate in any field is a minimum
A Diploma / Certification in a relevant field would be an advantage
Flexible working hours required
High sense of responsibility, decisive and assertive
Team player with a proactive and positive mentality
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Able to work under pressure and independently
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
