  • Handle and communicate monthly invoice to customers.
  • Manage Hong Kong office’s inventories and keep in and out records and check monthly inventory balance.
  • Responsible for office administration duties.
  • Assist financial personnel in completing related tasks.
  • Execute business-related tasks assigned by other supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Degree or associate degree holder or above. Candidates come from science field, or finance related profession is preferrable.
  • Candidates with experience in Mainland China and Hong Kong financial accounting are preferred.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Detail-minded, patient and a good learner.
