- Drive industrial/ manufacturing-specific system transformation
- Lead and manage the regional IT team across Hong Kong, China, and South East Asia.
- Oversee all IT operations including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, ERP, application development, and end-user support.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and align IT capabilities with business growth.
- Collaborate with factory and office leadership to implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.
- Evaluate and implement manufacturing-related technologies such as MES, IoT, and automation systems.
- Ensure business continuity, system reliability, and data security across all sites.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
- 10-15 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading IT transformation projects within manufacturing industrial environments.
- Strong technical foundation across infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, and application development.
- Experience managing cross-border teams and working in a multi-site setup.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong stakeholder management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
