Posting Date: 2025-09-02Qupital LimitedClient Relationship Manager - Trade FinanceResponsibilities:Maintain close contact with assigned clients, responsible for daily client relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and sustain long-term partnerships.Regularly follow up on client needs and situations, providing professional advice and solutions.Provide support and collaborate with internal parties in managing client-related matters to ensure smooth service delivery and meet client expectations.Analyze clients' financial conditions, assist in reviewing and processing related credit matters, monitor clients' credit risks, and ensure compliance.Support internal communication with clients, helping internal parties better understand client needs.This role does not require actively developing new clients, but rather focuses on maintaining existing client relationships and deepening cooperation.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or related areas.3-5 years of experience in corporate banking credit-related roles, familiar with corporate financial analysis, credit processes, and risk assessment.Knowledge of the Hong Kong financial market and relevant banking services.Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand client needs and provide appropriate support.Strong coordination skills in managing internal and external resources to resolve client issues and build trust.Quick learning and adaptability to respond flexibly to changing market and client demands.Willingness to learn and master knowledge of new products and services.Benefits:5-Day Work WeekFlexible Working HoursDiscretionary Performance BonusAnnual Leave & Birthday LeaveMedical & Dental Insurance Coverage
