They are seeking a motivated and collaborative Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support transformation initiatives within the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Asset Management (AM) sectors. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for driving impactful change, this could be the perfect role for you.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will:
  • Lead or contribute to strategic transformation projects, including:
  • Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
  • System deployment and integration
  • New entity or branch set-up
  • Innovation-driven initiatives and post-merger integration
  • Take on roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager, depending on project scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consulting partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across business lines to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within tight deadlines and evolving business contexts.
Ideal TalentWe are looking for a team player who brings:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in CIB or Asset Management environments.
  • A proven track record in transformation, change, or consulting projects.
  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following business/product areas:
  • Global Markets
  • Capital Markets
  • Global Banking
  • Transaction Banking
  • Cash Management
  • Trade Finance
  • Credit
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • Experience working within internal transformation teams or consulting firms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Background:
  • Prior experience in a consulting firm or financial institution.
  • Exposure to cross-border or multi-entity projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation tools.
Day-to-DayYour typical day will involve:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement transformation strategies.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  • Managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to clients.
