Perform any of the following duties:
- Responsible for the design, development, implementation, enhancement, modification, maintenance, testing and support for various systems and applications;
- Conduct feasibility study including recommendations for new IT solutions;
- Conduct detailed systems analysis and problem diagnosis; propose, develop and implement IT solutions;
- Design and complete requirement specifications for various components of application system;
- Prepare systems specifications and maintain documentation of application and systems component;
- Assist in the provision of consultancy based on IT and industry expertise;
- Conduct quality assurance according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality products;
- Prepare, perform and execute various stages of testing including unit test, integration test, systems test, load test, etc. Prepare cases for testing;
- Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for systems development and maintenance;
- Monitor service provision of IT solution;
- Prepare user guide and conduct user training;
- Provide after office hours systems support.

Requirements Specific Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in any one of the followings:
. Java, Python development, AIX/UNIX shell scripting, Weblogic, Openshift, mobile applications, ElasticSearch, Logtash, Kibana, Ansible, Adobe AIR, .NET development & support;
. Support & maintaining mission critical systems;
. CI/CD, end-to-end system monitoring tools;
. Hardware/software installation on Windows platforms;
. Network Device Administration and support, e.g. F5 LTM and HAProxy;
. React, Material UI and Spring Boot development/support;
- Provide on-site support for HA hospitals and clinics;
- 24x7 pager support on roster basis.Specific Requirements:
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in application development, implementation or maintenance for the post of Analyst Programmer;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in programming for the post of Programmer;
- Must have experience in programming for the post of Junior Programmer.General Mandatory Requirements:
- Holder of a Hong Kong degree in computer related subjects or equivalent; or holder of a Hong Kong degree other than computer related subjects, or holder of an associate degree / higher diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in computer related subjects or equivalent with 1 additional year's relevant post-qualification experience in computing field.
