Our client is a fast-growing group with investment and property management group, funded to nurture the world's leading research institutes, startups and tech-driven enterprises, and is now seeking a IT Project Manager / Sr System Analyst (Property PMS / FMS / IoT) (HKD45k – 55k) to join their growing team in HK.Job AccountabilitiesStakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and evaluating the feasibility of proposed solutions.Project Management: Lead and manage vendors and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Property Management and Facility Management application projects especially on PMS/ FMS/ Leasing System/ IoT/ Smart Technologies/ RPA through all phases, including development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production launch, and ongoing maintenance support.Vendor ManagementBusiness Analysis: Get user requirements; Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment between IT solutions and business objectives.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.At least 5 years of IT Project Management experience with experience in Property Developer / Real Estate/ Facility Management IndustrySolid project experience with focus on Applications i.e. PMS/ FMS/ Leasing system/ RPA/ IoT/ Smart Technologies, with a proven track record in project and vendor management roles.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT applications projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of application life cycles and business processes.Fluent in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese & Mandarin)Immediately available is preferred but not a mustIf you are interested with this IT Project Manager / Sr System Analyst (Property PMS / FMS / IoT) (HKD45k – 55k) role or find out more, please click "APPLY NOW" or send your resume to arthurwong(at)lloydkarson.com quoting the reference: 186351All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
