senior officer, trade finance (checker role)

• Perform documents check submitted under Letters of Credit, ensuring strict adherence to UCP 600 and other international standard practice
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in bills transactions, working efficiently to minimise delays
• Act as the final checker for all import and export bills transactions, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with other banks to follow up on acceptances, payments, and reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guideline

• Tertiary education or above
• With at least 8 years relevant experience in banks or financial institutions
• Prior experience working with International Trade and knowledge of UCP600
• Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialist is a plus
• Proficiency in bot spoken and written English and Chinese
• With excellent communication skills, good time management and detail minded personality
• Immediate available is preferred
