Responsibilities
  • Work with other sales team by communicating with merchants in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and integrate merchants' needs and opinions and reflect to respective teams timely.
  • Assist compliance with risk control.
Requirements
  • Higher diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in the SAAS industry
  • Good communication skills with merchants and other stakeholders
  • Able to handle work independently and fast-paced work environment
  • Immediate available is an advantage
