(a) To carry out requirement study, analysis, design, development and implementation for IT systems; and
(b) To provide training, technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities.Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0
Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0
Requirements (a) At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience of which 4 years IT application and system development experience in system analyst role; and
(b) At least 4 years' experience in Government IT projects.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 4 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC);
. 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. Good written English is a must;
. 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
