- Conduct, with the implementation partner, thorough assessments of market and business requirements for the Supply Chain domain.
- Ensure all requirements are complete, clearly documented, and reflect the needs of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to sign-off requirements and align them with group standards.
- Validate the design for robust and scalable Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance with best practices.
- Approve detailed design specifications and documentation for system configurations and customizations.
- Identify and address any potential gaps in requirements or system capabilities, escalating issues to the Operational Committee, as necessary.
- Engage with internal teams, including Supply Chain, IT, and operations, to gather input and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as the recognized subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain within the organization and with implementation partners.
- Provide technical leadership by sharing best practices and guiding teams in solution development and implementation.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Supply Chain solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and perform effectively.
- Implement continuous improvement practices based on user feedback and system performance metrics.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and escalating any issues or deviations to ensure timely resolution and alignment with project goals.
- Supply Chain Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain processes and functions within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.
- Dynamics Architecture Expertise: Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 solution architecture, including data modelling, integration, and security. Experienced in implementing or managing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions.
- Agile Experience: Proven experience with Agile principles and practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives – within the context of ERP programs.
- Financial Regulations and Compliance Standards : Familiar with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards in Asia.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects while ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong, effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Language : Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent
